so.. that title is right.. it's 9 days until the event. The big set up weekend is this weekend and I'm calm about everything. There's lots of little things we need to do and lots of driving in the foreseeable future. But as I contemplate all the stuff we've accomplished so far and stayed on schedule I know that we can handle whatever gets thrown our way. There's no need for micro managing. I have 100% confidence in my marshals and other event staff, in my canton members, the volunteers from all over the kingdom, my partner in crime and in myself. This may change by tomorrow when I see my counter change to 8 days..... but for now I'm in a zen like space when it comes to Trillies. I'm looking forward to the event. Looking at all the schedules I know they are just jam packed with fun. I'm looking forward to seeing the battles and the different tourney's.
I just wanted to say thank you for taking this journey through my first autocrating experience with me via this blog. I'm not sure if my ramblings have made much sense but I've tried to be as open with you all about how my thought patterns worked, how planning was going and how it was affecting me and my stress levels, and the little things I've learned along the way. (I think I might be a bit sad when I start throwing out my sticky note lists that ring my monitor now)
I'll probably blog once more before the event.. after set up is all done... Its getting closer.. I can almost hear the Trillium war drums getting warmed up.
ps. no life lesson today... today's blog was all about just accepting what happens and rolling with it as per needed.
